Settings for "Weight distribution" type

The settings for the "Weight distribution" field type correspond to those for the "Enumeration" field type. However, you can also only enter the values for the "user-defined" weight distribution type using the value list. (The "Strict" checkbox described above at Settings for "Enumeration" type is not available here).
