Document deletion

When deleting person links in Infront Portfolio Manager, the associated Keycloak entity and any attached documents can now also be removed. This significantly improves the interaction between Infront Portfolio Manager and Keycloak entity management and document management within the Wealth Portal. You can view a person's documents directly and delete them selectively.

In this context, the extended cloud service "Document Upload Service" and three new job types have been developed:

• Processing files for sending
  This new job type has been introduced for working with documents and Postbox, as it is necessary to create a separate job for sending the information to the document upload service in order to start processing the files.

• Sending mapping data
  This job is used to update the mapping data between UUIDs and corresponding numbers from the document archive service.

• Deleting documents
  This job deletes the assignment of a document to a person. If the document is linked to other persons, these links remain intact, meaning that in such cases the document is not deleted, only the corresponding link.
