Delete portfolio

To delete a portfolio, proceed as follows:

In the context menu of the portfolio in the Explorer, select the command MOVE TO PAPER BASKET or press the key combination <CTRL>+<ENTF> when the portfolio is selected in the Explorer.

Confirm the security prompt that appears by clicking the "Move to recycle bin" button.

The portfolio is removed from the Explorer and moved to the trash. You can then permanently delete it from the database or restore it.

The subordinate custody account objects of the deleted portfolio (accounts and custody accounts) are assigned directly to the holder.

Alternatively, you can also delete portfolios in the "Configure portfolios" dialog box.

When deleting portfolios via the "Configure portfolios" dialog box, please note that the portfolios are permanently deleted once you have confirmed the security prompt that appears.
