Asset class configuration for modules

Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module

To enable evaluations of asset allocation deviations, each module is assigned a weighting to the asset classes of an asset classification. The module is to be seen as the realization of this asset allocation. In addition to the modules themselves, the allocation formula thus also defines the target weights for an asset class distribution. The classes contained in a module should fall proportionately into the assigned asset classes. However, this is not currently under review.

This asset class allocation enables a target/actual comparison of asset class weightings independent of specific securities. If this is not required, the assignment can be omitted.
  • The "Classification" selection box is used to define an asset classification. All modules used in an investment agent must be configured using the same classification so that the target/actual comparison can be carried out across an entire portfolio.
  • The "Weight distribution" button is used to enter the weights for the individual asset classes. All basic asset classes defined by the selected classification are offered. Please read the section Edit basic asset classes and asset classifications.
