Alert view in Explorer

Portfolio Service Alerting" module

You can also switch to an alert view in the explorer area on the left-hand side of the Infront Portfolio Manager.

The "Alert display" icon behaves in the same way here as in the toolbar, i.e. it signals newly arrived alerts. If necessary, read the previous section Open alert display via the ribbon.

Another mouse click on the currently active icon of these three different views - Explorer, File and Alert view - takes you directly back to the previous view.

Beispiel

If you have switched from the Alert view to the File view, click on the "File view" icon again to switch back to the Alert view and so on.

The alert view is divided into two parts. At the bottom you can select an alert definition or a category. The base objects belonging to the alert definition with at least one alert are then displayed at the top. The numbers after the alert definition name show the number and date of the alerts.

By double-clicking on the name of the category, you can expand and collapse the alert definitions of this category in extensive lists.

The commands described in the previous section Open alert display via the ribbon are available via the context menu. You will also find the command here:

CommandDescription

Move base object to empty workspace

Select this command or press <SPACE> in the Alert view with the object selected to move the base object into the currently open workspace and thus replace the previously open object.

In the Alert view, you can use the <SPACEBAR> or the middle mouse button to open the objects in long lists one after the other as usual in folders, without having to open several workspaces.

As only the reference objects (base objects) are displayed in the alert view, the number of reference objects displayed and the number of alerts may differ in the case of individual alerts.
