Reporting frequency
In the master data of holders and portfolio versions, you can set the reporting frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually).
All reports that contain a corresponding evaluation period adjust the default setting of this period to the reporting frequency of the respective holder or portfolio. You can change the time period via the report parameters.

As reports are not usually made exactly at the end of the month, the start date setting is automatically adjusted after the evaluation date is changed: Example: On April 5, you would like to send out the reports for the past quarter. The default setting for the start date for the reporting frequency "quarterly" is then April 1. If you now select March 31 as the evaluation date, the start date jumps to January 1 and so on. You can of course overwrite this proposed start date with the corresponding parameter of the report.
