Information on FIDLEG

The Infront Portfolio Manager also supports the Swiss FIDLEG regulations( SwissFinancial Services Act ).

In the holder master data, you will find the "Compliance type" selection list, which you can use to change Swiss clients from the default setting "MiFID II" to "FIDLEG" if necessary.

FIDLEG holders are only classified by their investment profile according to the following criteria:

• Loss-bearing capacity
• Investment objective
• Knowledge/Experience
• Customer category

The non-FIDLEG categories are excluded from the audit.

The relevant evaluations have also been adjusted accordingly:

• Suitability report
• Report Suitability report
• Target market profiling
• Target market profiling report

In the "Enter investment profile" dialog box, you will also find the "Opting-in/Opting-out" checkbox for the corresponding portfolios.
