Workspaces

Workspaces are set up for the various objects within your Infront Portfolio Manager, e.g. holders, securities accounts or securities.

You will find all important evaluations for the selected object (e.g. your portfolio) on the various worksheets of a workspace and can therefore quickly switch between the evaluations.

Several objects can also be used together as a list of input objects for a workspace. Multiple selection is possible, for example, in the search result of the object search, in the folder view or via the context menu of security lists.

The previous workspaces are listed on the left-hand side and are retained until the next program start, even if you open other objects.

You can switch between the open workspaces by clicking on the displayed workspaces (above the Explorer) or by pressing the <ALT>+<DOWN ARROW> or <ALT>+<UP ARROW> key combinations.

The most recently edited workspace is always at the top of the list. The <ESC> button is the first button to close it.

In the list of open workspaces, you can also use the right mouse button to access a context menu with useful commands for each object. This allows you to quickly open the properties or the user-defined fields.
