The Explorer on the left-hand side is the central access point of the Infront Portfolio Manager. You can open and manage portfolios and securities from here.
In the Explorer you will find securities account objects, folders, securities and all other visible elements. You can also create new owners, portfolios, accounts and securities accounts via the Explorer.
Click on the "Explorer" icon on the "Start" tab to show or hide the Explorer (and the workspaces).
You can "jump" to the desired security in any securities list of a folder in the Explorer by entering the initial letters. To do this, you must select the folder or an object contained in it.
Another mouse click on the currently active icon of these three different views - Explorer, File and Alert view - takes you directly back to the previous view.
Example: Once you have switched from the Explorer to the File view, click on the "File view" icon again to switch back to the Explorer, etc.
