Configure jobs" worksheet: Job overview

The overview at the top of the "Configure jobs" worksheet shows all the jobs currently set up. The following basic information can be viewed here:

Activated

Is the job currently activated?

You can recognize activated jobs by the activated checkbox in this column.

Designation

The freely selectable name of the job.

Enter the name of a (newly created) job in the "Name" field at the bottom of the "Settings" mini-tab.

Type

The job type:

Next version

Date and time of the next scheduled automated execution of the job.

Last version

Date and time when the job was last executed.

If the job is currently running, you can see the current status here (in percent).

Select the "Create new job" icon to add a new job to the job overview.

Select the "Delete selected job" icon to delete the job selected in the job overview.

Please note that the information on the job is then deleted and no more log information can be viewed.
