Edit transaction list
In the list of transactions for a holder or portfolio, you have all the options you are familiar with from working with this type of list, such as grouping by field, filtering by value or sorting by column.
You can also use the following functions in the table toolbar:
Command | Icon | Description |
---|---|---|
Enter forward rates | Select this icon to manually enter forward rates for the selected transaction (e.g. a forward exchange transaction). If necessary, please also read the section Creating a history for a forward exchange transaction. | |
Resubmit | Select this icon to resubmit a transaction marked in the list. The "Resubmission" dialog box belonging to the respective transaction type opens, in which you can change the transaction if necessary. | |
Cancel | To cancel a transaction in the list, select the line and choose this icon. Or select the CANCEL command in the context menu of the line. | |
Canceling a cancellation | To undo a cancelation, select the line and choose this icon. Or select the CANCEL command in the context menu of the line. If necessary, you must first show the canceled transactions by selecting "All" (shows all transactions) or "Yes" (shows only the canceled transactions) in the "Canceled" column in the selection list. | |
Separate combined transaction | You can separate combined transactions of the "securities swap" and "securities account transfer" types. To separate such a combined transaction in the list, select a corresponding line and choose this icon. Or select the command SEPARATE COMBIT ACTION in the context menu of the line. If you also answer the security prompt that appears with "Yes", the selected transaction is separated from the associated second transaction. If necessary, read the section Combined transactions. | |
Combine transactions | To (re)combine two selected transactions in the list (e.g. a deposit and a delivery that together represent a securities account transfer), select the lines and choose this icon. Or select the command COMBINE TRANSACTIONS in the context menu of the rows. If you also answer the security prompt that appears with "Yes", the selected transactions will be combined into one combined transaction. If necessary, read the section Combined transactions. | |
Exchange security retroactively | Select this icon to replace a specific security with another below a holder for all orders. Use this functionality with due caution for obvious reasons. For further details, please read the section Swapping securities retroactively. | |
Link with order book order | Select this icon to link the selected transaction to an order in the order book. Please also read the section Linking transactions with orders in the order book. | |
Cancel order book order linking | Select this icon to unlink the currently selected transaction from an order. Please also read the section Unlinking orders in the order book. | |
Show/hide area for grouping the columns | Select this icon to display the header at the top of the table with the transactions. You can drag columns into this header with the mouse to group the list according to these columns. Click on this icon again to hide the table header. | |
Autosize | Select this icon to automatically adjust the column width to the content of the cells. | |
Columns show/hide | Select this icon to open the "Select columns" dialog box familiar from the tables. In this dialog box, select the columns to be displayed, deactivate the checkboxes for the columns that are not required and confirm the selection with the "Yes" button. | |
Restore original columns | Select this icon to restore the default view and discard your changes. | |
Owner/portfolio | If you have opened the transaction entry via the workspace of a holder or portfolio, this object is displayed here. If you have opened the entry screen via the ribbon or the quick access toolbar without an input object, you can enter a holder or a portfolio here or search for the securities account object using the "Search" icon or the <RETURN> key using the object search. For portfolios, only those transactions are displayed in the transaction list that have either a securities account or an account under the selected portfolio. | |
Change log | Select this icon to open the change log for the holder's transactions. Read the chapter on change tracking. The "Change log" icon is only visible if the "Portfolio service change log" module is activated. |
In the "Plausibility check results" column, colored symbols indicate messages relating to the transactions. These correspond to the symbols in the detailed view of the plausibility check results. If there are messages of varying severity for a transaction, the symbol with the higher severity is always displayed. Point the mouse at the relevant symbol to display the message(s) in a message window. Double-click on the line to open the transaction for resubmission.
