Settings in person properties for external mailboxes

If you have selected an external postbox in the "Postbox selection" selection list at Person properties , the "Postbox user ID" input field appears to the right of the selection list. Enter the user ID of the person for the external mailbox here.

Only with a licensed external postbox do you also have the option of configuring the postbox notifications for people in the batch export, for example.
