Set e-mail notifications for jobs

Each user can configure their e-mail notifications for jobs. Proceed as follows:

  1. On the "Configuration" tab, select the SETTINGS command in the menu of the "General settings" icon.
  2. In the "Settings" dialog box that appears, switch to the "Info Center" tab and then to "Jobs".
  3. Activate the desired option in the "E-mail notifications" area:

    • Do not send e-mail notifications
    • Send e-mail notifications for all visible zones
    • Only send email notifications for selected zones
      In this case, select the desired zone(s) below. For further details on the configuration, please read the section Configure Info Center.
  4. If you also want to send emails for jobs that have been completed without errors, deactivate the "Only send emails if errors have occurred" checkbox.
  5. Confirm the settings with "OK".

You store user e-mail addresses via the user administration.

Regardless of the e-mail notification, messages are displayed to the user who is logged into Infront Portfolio Manager in an automatically appearing notification window. This window is temporarily displayed at the bottom right of the screen near the taskbar. The information about the completed job is also listed here.
