Define the customer's reporting language in the owner properties

You can select the reporting language for each owner in their properties. Proceed as follows:

  1. Select the owner in Explorer and select the PROPERTIES command in the context menu.
  2. Select the desired language (e.g. "English") from the "Reporting language" selection list on the "Reporting" mini-tab.
  3. Close the "Owner properties" dialog box with "OK".

This language is now assigned to the owner. For the setting "Owner-dependent language" in the language selection in the settings or in the quick access bar, the set language is selected for this customer or for this owner. However, this may be overlaid by the language set for the reports in a report folder or the language of a job. So if you want to use the "Owner-dependent language", make sure that this setting is also set in all affected selection lists.
