Report ex-ante cost breakdown

This report provides you with a detailed overview of the ex-ante costs. Divided into entry costs, ongoing costs and exit costs, the individual current amounts from the cost service are shown for all orders with the status "In planning" of the holder in the selected period. You can find the report, for example, on the "Compliance" worksheet or the "Reporting", "Compliance" worksheet in the open workspaces of depot objects.

In detail, the "Report ex-ante cost statement" contains the following information:

Field

Description

Ex-ante cost statement

The title of the report.

Customer name

The name of the owner from the address.

Portfolio number

The portfolio number entered in the "Portfolio no." field in the portfolio master data.

Evaluation date

The evaluation date of the report.

The default setting is the current date or the evaluation date entered in the input field in the toolbar.

Account manager

The name of the account manager.

The supervisor is assigned for the respective portfolio version via the "Portfolio properties" dialog box, which you open via the context menu of a portfolio, for example.

Telephone

The telephone number of the customer advisor from their address.

Basic data

WKN/ISIN

The security identification number and the ISIN of the security.

WP name

The name of the security from the master data.

Trading center

The trading center of the order.

Type of business

The type of order, e.g. buy or sell.

Order data

Quantity/nominal value

The number of securities in the order.

Course

The price of the order.

Currency

The trading currency of the order.

Exchange rate

The exchange rate of the order.

Investment amount

The investment amount of the order.

Investment horizon

The investment horizon of the order.

Billing information

Settlement account

The settlement account of the order.

Settlement deposit

The settlement deposit of the order.

Impact of costs on the return

In this section you can see how the costs listed affect the development of returns.

Entry costs (one-off)

For the initial costs, the amount and percentage contribution for all costs to be counted as initial costs and their total are listed.

Entry costs include, for example:

  • Brokerage fee (purchase)
  • Bank charges (purchase)
  • External expenses (purchase)
Ongoing costs

For the running costs, the amount and percentage contribution for all corresponding costs and their total are also listed.

The running costs include, for example:

  • Custody fees
  • WP costs
  • Reimbursements
Exit costs (one-off)

For the exit costs, the amount and percentage contribution for all corresponding costs and their total are also listed.

Exit costs include, for example:

  • Brokerage fee (sale)
  • Bank charges (sale)
  • External expenses (sales)
Total costsThe total costs are the sum of entry costs, running costs and exit costs.
