Remove account
To remove an account from the Explorer view, you can deactivate it via its properties dialog. Proceed as follows:
- Right-click on the account in the Explorer and select the PROPERTIES command in the context menu.
- Enter the desired date in the "Deactivated on" input field.
- Close the dialog box with "OK".
The account will be removed from the Explorer on the specified date.
Accounts are also automatically deleted if the associated owner is deleted.
Manual deletion of an account is only possible if no bookings are assigned to this account and it is not assigned to a securities account as a standard settlement account.
