Postbox status of uploaded documents

The "Document archive" worksheet of the Infront Portfolio Manager shows when a document uploaded to the postbox has been read there. In this case, you will find the time and date when the document was first opened in the "Postbox status" column.

List of possible postbox statuses:

• Unread
• Read (the exact timestamp appears here)
• None (the document has not yet been uploaded)

If several people with Postbox access (and therefore with different passwords) are linked to the same owner, the Postbox status is set to "Read" when the first of the Postbox users has opened the document. The time stamp then also refers to this first read operation.
