Order book view filter

"PSI Order Entry" module or "Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module

Under the order session filter, you can use the order book view filter to filter the display of orders in the order book. To do this, select a view filter from the selection list and then select the "Apply" button to update the order book. You can edit the selected order book view filter. Proceed as follows:

  1. Select the "Edit view filter" icon.
    The "Order book view filter" dialog box appears.
  2. Make your settings here. Please refer to the following table for details.
  3. Select the "Save" button to save the settings.
  4. Select the "Close" button to close the "Order book view filter" dialog box.
  5. Then select the "Apply" button to update the order book with the settings you have made.

On the left-hand side you will see the list of view filters that have been created. Here you can select the view filter to be edited.

The view filter "<default>" is always present and cannot be changed.

Select the "Create new view filter" icon to create a new view filter.

Select the "Delete selected view filter" icon to delete the currently selected view filter.

Designation

Enter the name for the view filter in this input field.

Filter is private

Activate this checkbox if it is a private view filter.

If the checkbox is deactivated, all other users can also see this view filter.

Status" area

Status

In this area, activate or deactivate the checkboxes for the statuses that are to be shown or hidden.

All statuses are selected by default.

For a list of the most important statuses, read the following section Order status in the order book.

Hide settled, canceled and expired orders

By default, orders with this status are not shown in the order book. Uncheck this box to see these orders as well.

display for "x" days

Specify here how long settled, canceled and expired orders should be displayed in the order book if the above checkbox is activated. They are then hidden after the deadline has expired.

If the checkbox is deactivated, this setting does not take effect.

Creation date" area

From

Activate this checkbox to enter a creation date or use the expandable calendar to select the date from which the orders are to be displayed. Older orders are then hidden.

Until

Activate this checkbox to enter a creation date or use the expandable calendar to select the date up to which the orders are to be displayed. Orders placed after this date are then hidden.

"Date of last change" area

From

Activate this checkbox to enter a change date or use the expandable calendar to select the date from which the orders are to be displayed. Orders that have not been changed since this date are then hidden.

Until

Activate this checkbox to enter a change date or use the expandable calendar to select the date up to which the orders are to be displayed. Orders that were changed after this date are then hidden.
