Proceed as follows to open the "Message search (online)":

Open the menu of the Finder icon "Securities" on the "Start" tab and select the command MESSAGE SEARCH (ONLINE).

The "News search (online)" opens in an external browser window. Configure your search on the "Message search" tab.
