Monitoring Customer Account IDs

This monitoring table is available in the standard templates for uploading data to the Customer Account. You can use the "Monitoring Customer Account IDs" table to check whether all affected objects (securities, securities account objects, banks, etc.) have unique IDs before an upload. You can find the evaluation in the "Monitoring" template category.

For the input objects (e.g. groups of owners), IDs are checked for uniqueness and duplicates are identified.

In detail, the "Monitoring Customer Account IDs" table contains the following columns:

TypeThe type of object, e.g. "Security", "Portfolio" or "Person".
IDThe affected ID of the objects.
Number of duplicatesThe number of duplicates for the respective ID.

The following object types are monitored:

TypeDescription
SecuritiesThe security ID from the master data is checked for securities. If none is entered here, the combination of WKN, ISIN and security number must be unique.
OwnerThe holder number from the master data is checked for holders.
PersonThe personal number from the master data is checked for persons.
PortfolioThe portfolio number from the master data is checked for portfolios.
DepotFor securities accounts, the combination of securities account number from the master data and bank details must be unique.
AccountFor accounts, either the combination of IBAN and bank details (see line below) or the combination of account number, currency and bank details must be unique.
BankFor banks, either the BIC or the combination of sort code and branch number must be unique.
Transaction

For transactions, the combination of transaction number and custody account or account number must be unique. If no transaction number is stored, the (internal) tracking ID must be unique.

Tipps

Activate the "Include transactions" parameterto also check contained transactions for uniqueness.

Configure alerts based on this monitoring table to automatically check the IDs at all times.
