Delete storage locations

To delete a storage location, proceed as follows:

  1. On the "Data maintenance" tab, select the STORAGE POSITIONS command in the "Manage objects" icon menu.
    The "Enter storage locations" dialog box appears.

  2. Select the table row with the storage location to be removed.

  3. icon_minus_EN.png Then select the "Delete selected storage location" icon or press the <ENTF> button.

  4. The storage location is removed from the list.

  5. Finally, close the "Enter storage locations" dialog box with "OK" to delete the storage location.

You can only delete storage locations if they are not being used. When attempting to delete storage locations that are still in use, a corresponding message window appears.
