Installation workstations

The system requirements for a standard workstation installation are described at System requirements . The installation should be carried out in the following steps:

  1. Log on to the Windows system of the workstation as a user with administrator authorization.

  2. Start the <setup.exe> program from the program DVD.

  3. Follow the instructions of the installation program.

  4. Select the setup type <Standard>. If you want to change the target directory, select the setup type <User-defined> and select the desired directory. Only the <Application>, <Crystal Reports> and <Documentation> components should be activated for the workstations.

  5. Follow the instructions of the installation program.
    Once the installation is complete, a corresponding message appears.
    Once all workstations have been installed, the installation is complete.
