Individual regrouping

Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module

With individual reallocation, you can carry out currency reallocations for holders or portfolios that have accounts in different currencies. Proceed as follows:

  1. If necessary, open the portfolio rebalancing and switch to the "Currency rebalancing" tab.
  2. Create a new order session (or load an existing one).
  3. Drag all required portfolios into the portfolio list.
  4. Select the "Create new entry" icon.
A new line is added to the list.
  5. Click in the "Outflow account" column and select the account from which you want to debit. The balance and currency are then automatically entered in the corresponding columns.
  6. Now click in the "Inflow account" column and select the account to which the corresponding amount in this account currency is to be posted. Here too, the columns "Balance inflow" and "Whg. inflow" are filled automatically.
  7. Now enter the desired absolute ("Value" column) or percentage ("Weight [%]" column) value of the transfer amount in outflow currency in the "FX spot data" area of the table.

  8. Then select the "Apply" button to generate the orders and update the position overview of the currently selected portfolio.
  9. Select the "Save all securities and FX spot orders for the portfolios in the portfolio list" icon in the toolbar of the rebalancing tool to save the generated orders for all portfolios in the portfolio list.

Now you can switch to the order book, for example, to place the orders.
In contrast to mass reallocation, the outflow and inflow accounts of a reallocation do not have to be under the same portfolio for individual reallocation. All matching accounts of the portfolios in the portfolio list are available here in the selection list for the inflow accounts.
