Hierarchy of domains

Domains can be arranged in a multi-level hierarchy.

You can clearly assign each domain to a parent domain when you create it.

The objects within a domain can never directly access specific data from other domains. Excluded are:

  • Linking of object zones to sub-zones from other domains.
  • Connection of a user to a zone from a domain other than his own.

However, this does not apply to

  • Access to public template zones is always possible, regardless of your own domain.
  • Object zones can be linked to the interface zone of a subordinate child domain.
