Enter Money Laundering Act commentary on transactions

If you would like to enter a Money Laundering Act comment for a transaction, proceed as follows, for example:

  1. Open the workspace of a holder or portfolio by selecting the object in the Explorer or searching for it using the object search and selecting the desired holder or portfolio in the search result and confirming with "OK".
  2. In the workspace, switch to "Transactions" and then to "Entry".
    The "Enter transactions" worksheet opens.
  3. Select the desired transaction in the list and then select the CURRENCY COMMENTS command in the context menu (right mouse button).
  4. In the "Money Laundering Act Commentary" dialog box that opens, enter the desired commentary in the "Money Laundering Act Commentary" input field. Please note that the input is limited to a maximum of 255 characters.
  5. Finish and save the entry with the "OK" button.
    The next time you open the dialog window, the saved values for the user and date fields will also be displayed:

To enter or edit an MLA comment, you need either the object right "Change or cancel transactions of a securities account object" or the object right "Create, change and delete comments on transactions".

The "Money Laundering Act Commentary" dialog box appears for both forms of commentary. While entering an MLA comment, the fields in the lower part of the dialog window (MLA compliance comment) cannot be edited.
