Transaction (BookEntry or InvestmentPlanningTransactionType).

Result: The IsAvailableBrokerageModuleTransaction function checks whether a brokerage module is available for the specified securities account. If this is the case and the specified transaction can be processed via this module, the function returns "True", otherwise "False".
