FIDLEG: Create investment profile" dialog box

The "Opting-in/Opting-out" checkbox is available in the"Enter investment profile" dialog box for holders of the "FinSA" compliance type. If this is activated, the customer has changed their actual customer type for profiling:

Opting-out:
Private clients may (under the conditions specified in the legal text) declare that they wish to be considered professional clients.

Opting-in:
Professional clients who are not institutional clients can declare that they wish to be considered private clients.
