Export orders as CSV file
In the order book, you can export and save a selection of orders as a CSV file. This functionality is available in parallel to the export as an Excel file. Especially for large quantities of orders, the export as a CSV file runs much faster and is completed in a few seconds, even for 100,000 orders, for example.
Proceed as follows to export orders in the order book as a CSV file:
- If necessary, first select the order session with the orders to be exported.
- Then select the "Export orders CSV file" icon in the order book toolbar.
The "Save as" dialog box opens. A unique file name with a time stamp is suggested here (e.g. "Orders_221118143358.csv"). - If necessary, change the export directory and/or the file name and then select the "Save" button.
A corresponding message appears after the export. The CSV file is saved under the selected name in the folder and can be opened in Microsoft Excel, for example.
In contrast to the "Show orders in Excel" function, it is not possible to display graphics (e.g. the symbols of the columns for clearing or fill status) in the export file in CSV format.
