Export log files

As of version 4.20 of Infront Portfolio Manager, all actions performed by Infront Portfolio Manager users on user management objects were logged.

With the integration of user administration into the more comprehensive change tracking, these log files are now only used for archiving old change data. Only user logins are still logged here. You can export the automatically generated log files and save them as semicolon-separated CSV files. Proceed as follows:

  1. Start the user administration.
  2. Select the command EXTRAS, EXPORT LOG FILES..
  3. In the "Export" dialog box that appears, enter from when to when you want to export the log files. Then select the "Export" button.
  4. Then select the storage directory in the "Save as" dialog box that appears and assign a file name.
  5. Complete the export with the "Save" button.
