Enter Money Laundering Act compliance commentary on transactions
If you have the appropriate authorization and would like to enter a Money Laundering Act compliance comment for a transaction in addition to a money laundering comment, proceed as follows, for example:
- Open the workspace of a holder or portfolio by selecting the object in the Explorer or searching for it using the object search and selecting the desired holder or portfolio in the search result and confirming with "OK".
- In the workspace, switch to "Transactions" and then to "Entry".
The "Enter transactions" worksheet opens. - Select the desired transaction in the list and then select the command CURRENCY-COMPLIANCE COMMENTARY in the context menu (right mouse button).
- In the "Money Laundering Act Commentary" dialog box that opens, enter the desired commentary in the "MLA Compliance Commentary" input field. Please note that the input is limited to a maximum of 255 characters.
- Set the appropriate MLA compliance status via the selection list.
- Finish and save the entry with the "OK" button.
The next time you open the dialog window, the saved values for the user and date fields will also be displayed:
To enter or edit an AMLA compliance comment, you need the new object right "Create, change and delete compliance comment on transactions".
The "Money Laundering Act Commentary" dialog box appears for both forms of commentary. While entering a MLA compliance comment, the fields in the upper part of the dialog window cannot be edited.
