Effects on the document archive
In the "Document archive" workspace, you can see the current status and document type of the documents in the list of documents as usual. In the "Postbox status" column, you can also see the time and date when the automatically uploaded documents were first opened in the postbox.
When uploading manually via the "Upload selection to postbox" icon in the toolbar of the "Document archive" worksheet, the selected documents are selected documents are uploaded for all persons for whom the checkbox "Upload documents to to postbox" is activated in the person properties.
