The asset overview in the money management tool
At the bottom of the form is the asset overview, in which all securities of the holder or the custody account are displayed. Explanations of the individual columns of the balance sheet can be found in the following table.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Custody account/securities | The security of the position and its custody account. |
Type | The security type. |
Currency | The currency of securities prices. |
Last purchase | Date of the last purchase of the security. |
Stock | The size of the position. This value is negative for short positions. |
Purchase price | The purchase price (an average price in the case of several purchases). |
Stop price | The current stop price as it results from the limit management. The limits used are exactly those assigned to the securities account. |
Risk | The risk as the amount triggered by the position. For positions where the limit is triggered (i.e. where the price is below the stop), the entire position value is assessed as risk. |
Risk % | The risk amount as a share of the risk capital. |
Course | The current price of the security. |
Purchase price | The cost value of the position. |
Book value | The carrying amount of the item. |
Market value | The market value of the position. |
Profit | The ratio of market value to cost value. |
Price at book value | The ratio of market value to book value. |

You can access numerous functions for custody accounts and securities via the asset overview in the money management tool.
- Right-click on a securities account name to open a context menu with the most important functions for securities accounts (e.g. for entering transactions).
- Right-click on a security to open a context menu with the most important functions for securities. For example, you can configure or delete limits.
- By double-clicking on a securities account name, you can show or hide the display of all securities in this securities account.
- Double-click on a security to open the "Edit limit" dialog box.
