If you have selected "Save tables as CSV files" as the batch type, you can only select tables in the "Templates" area. The data from the table template is exported.

Use the "Export options" button to open the "Table export options" dialog box for this batch type.

The following settings are available to you:

Dissolve aggregation

Activate this checkbox to remove the aggregation of the tables before exporting.

Columnsremove totals

Use UTF-8 encoding

Activate the checkbox if UTF-8 encoding is to be used for the CSV files to be saved.

Separator

Select the desired separator for your data in the CSV file from this selection list.

Textrecognitionsign

If a data field in the table contains characters that correspond to the separator, this data is included in the text identifiers during export.

Beispiel

Test;test then becomes "test;test" so that Excel, for example, does not interpret the ";" as a separator.

Once you have made changes to the settings, confirm the settings with "OK".

You can only make the settings for encrypting ZIP archives via the general settings, which you can open via the "General settings" icon on the "Configuration" tab in the ribbon.
