Edit activity definitions

Module "Infront Advisory Solution consulting process"

You can use the "Edit activity definitions" dialog box to view the available activities for the Infront Advisory Solution, rename them and change their status. To open the "Edit activity definitions" dialog box, select the EDIT ACTIVITY DEFINITIONS command in the menu of the "Consulting" icon on the "Configuration" tab.

The "Edit activity definitions" dialog box contains the following elements:

Activity definitions

You can see all activity definitions in this list on the left-hand side. The list shows the status and name of the activity.

To view and edit the properties of an activity definition, select it. The corresponding properties are displayed on the right-hand side of the dialog box.

Name

The name of the activity currently selected in the list.

Status

The status of the activity currently selected in the list. To change the status, open the selection list and select the corresponding status. The following options are available to you:

  • Active
  • Active (invisible)
  • Inactive
  • Concept
  • Test
  • Locked

Type

Here you can see the type of activity definition. The following types are possible:

  • MM-Talk
  • WpHG data collection
  • Asset management offer
  • Edit master data

Primary zone

Use this selection list to assign activities to specific template zones.

Suitable for customer meetings

You can use this checkbox to decide for the activity definitions whether they should be available for customer sessions in the Infront Advisory Solution.

In customer sessions, all information that a customer does not need or is not allowed to see when looking at the screen is hidden. In particular, all information about other customers and interested parties as well as internal bank information etc. is hidden in customer sessions.

Input types

Activate the checkboxes of the depot objects that are to be used as input objects.

If you want to save an edited activity definition but it has been changed by another user in the meantime, your changes will be discarded. You can either confirm the corresponding warning message and discard the changes, or cancel and return to the "Edit activity definitions" dialog box.

To change the activity definition, close the dialog box, open it again and then define the activity.
