Re-encrypt Postbox documents after password change

After password changes in the person properties, the existing Postbox documents of the persons concerned can then be automatically re-encrypted.
If you have changed a person's password for their documents in the person properties, you will be asked directly whether you want to re-encrypt the corresponding Postbox documents when you save the changes. Answer "No" here,
then you can do this collectively at any time for changed passwords. To do this as follows, for example:

1. Open the "Document archive" worksheet via the DATA MAINTENANCE, SEARCH DOCUMENT ARCHIVE command in the main menu.

2. 

   In the "Document archive" worksheet, select the "Re-encrypt all Postbox documents for people with a changed password" icon Password".
   The passwords are renewed for all affected Postbox documents.

The "Re-encrypt all Postbox documents for people with a changed password" icon can also be found in open workspaces of owners or portfolios in the "Document archive" worksheet. Please note that this icon is also used here to update all postbox documents of all persons with a changed password .
