Setting the parameters of a "Customer Account Update" job

If you configure a job of the type "Customer Account Update", you can set the parameters for all the tables it contains together. Proceed as follows:

  1. In the "Configure jobs" worksheet, select the "Parameters" button on the "Further settings" tab.
    The "Parameters" dialog box opens.

    Here you will find all the parameters of the activated dashboard templates. These are divided into "Common parameters" and the remaining parameters of the individual tables of the job.
  2. First set the "Common parameters" here, i.e. the parameters that apply to several tables in the job, consolidated.
  3. Then select the relevant table on the left-hand side of the "Parameters" dialog box to also set the template-specific parameters.

    In this list you will see abbreviated names of the standard templates, e.g. the entry "Cash flow forecast" for the report "Customer account - cash flow forecast" etc.
  4. Close the "Parameters" dialog box with "OK".
