Postbox: Configurations in the Infront Portfolio Manager

"Postbox" module and "Portfolio service document archive" module

This function allows you to upload documents (e.g. customer reports) directly from the Infront Portfolio Manager to your end customers' personal Postbox accounts via the Internet.

When these documents are opened in the mailbox, a read confirmation with a time stamp is sent to the Infront Portfolio Manager.

Postbox customers are configured in the Infront Portfolio Manager via persons. An e-mail address for the Postbox connection can be stored in the properties of the persons. Please also read the Peoplesection.

If you have licensed the "Postbox" module, you can upload documents (e.g. customer reports) directly from the Infront Portfolio Manager to the personal Postbox accounts of your end customers via the Internet. When these documents are opened in the mailbox, a read confirmation with a time stamp is sent to the Infront Portfolio Manager.

As of Service Pack 6.51, external mailboxes can also be connected in Infront Portfolio Manager with the appropriate licensing. Information on connecting additional mailboxes can be found in the section External mailboxes.
