Indices

The Infront Portfolio Manager allows you to define or calculate your own indices. The price information of these user-defined indices is not stored in the database, but is calculated from the prices of the securities contained in the index.

Use this functionality to construct your own benchmarks, which you can use in a variety of ways in portfolio management. You can assign these benchmarks to portfolios via their historicized portfolio versions and profiles or select them as a comparative index in evaluations.
